The Floor is Lava

from by The Alphabeticians

It seems every child invents this game at some point. You may need a pylon, crazy as that seems. This is a rough version. Final version will be on our soon to be released album, title still a secret.

Throw the cushions down on the floor
Use a blanket boat to the door
It's the algebra that's keeping you whole
Keep your balance don't ever fall

'Cause the floor is lava
And the stairs are lava
Keep your feet from the lava
We defeat the lava

Can't we all fit here on the couch
What if we want to go somewhere else
But it's lunch time will you let us out.
